Vessel number six in the Gothia Tanker Alliance series underwent a naming ceremony. RAMEILA, owned by Rederi AB Älvtank, is an ice class 1A environmentally friendly liquefied natural gas (LNG) tanker, eof 16,300 DWT on design draught and 18,000 DWT on scantling draught, equipped with batteries and dual fuel engines.
FKAB developed the vessel concept, FKAB T24C1, with owner Furetank, and delivered Basic and Detail Design to the Shipyard Avic Dingheng.
