NextDecade’s Board announced their Interim Chairman of the Board: Matthew W. Bonanno. This election follows the death of former Chairman, Kathleen M. Eisbrenner. Mr. Bonanno will remain the Interim Chairman until the Annual General Meeting in July where stockholder will elect a permanent Chairman.
Mr. Bonanno has expressed his plan to continue Mrs. Eisbrenner’s vision for the company. He has been on the Board since 2014 and led York Capital Management’s investment in NextDecade while serving as York’s Co-Head of North American Credit.
NextDecade is an LNG development company based in Texas. Its aim is to link the Permian Basin to the global LNG market.
