Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering Co. (DSME) selected GTT to provide the membrane containment system for a new 173,000 m3 LNG carrier. Specifically, GTT’s NO96 GW was selected for the tank design.
GTT’s Chairman and CEO commented, “We are very pleased to continue our partnership of excellence with DSME with this new order.”
The vessel is expected to be delivered in early 2020 to a European shipowner.
